HOW WE STARTED
Our mission is to be on fire in our pursuit of Jesus. That no matter what season we’re in, we wouldn’t lose our ambition for growth, that we would leave every year more in love with God than we started, and that within our community we would champion each other on in our walks with the Lord.
IT ALL BEGAN

Where
Growth Roots started long before there was a name, a Growth Book, or a website. It all started back in 2014 with two friends that formed a bond over dogs, tea, food, and their frustration with not growing that year. After feeling stagnant for way too long they set out to make a change, and Growth Book was born.

WE ARE NOW
Since 2014, my friend that helped start it all is still very much a huge part of my life and will always be a part of my Growth story.
Unfortunately for her I still bounce all my crazy ideas off her and she still wrangles me in. And although she prefers the behind the scenes I had to mention her. Shhh dont tell. But I know she will read this anyway. So, hey Tracey!
On the design side of things, my husband Jared is the one that took all our half crazy, but still kinda possible ideas and designed them into something that made sense. Because let's be real. The ideas in my head most always only make sense to me.
We are currently working on some exciting new products and things that God is calling us to. We're learning how to hear his voice better, rest longer, and grow our faith bigger. We could not be more excited for what's ahead!

Where
WE ARE HEADED
Lord willing we are headed into a new season of exciting possibilities. We felt like God was telling us to slow down for a season and listen for his voice, so we took a little time off and during that time God poured oped the floodgates of opportunity and ideas. In the fall of 2018 we officially launched the current version of Growth Book (after a couple years with a soft cover version), and we truly poured our hearts and souls into it and we are so excited to share it with you.

You will most always find me with the kiddos enjoying the simple things. Being a mama and wife is truly where my heart is at, so that means lots of walks, gardening, painting, cooking, dancing, singing, hiking and doing laundry of course. Im a tea lover but if you ask my husband he will say I have a "cream with a little bit of coffee" obsession at the moment. Oops. Hehe.
You will most always find Jared working on some sort of crafty project at work, home, or church. And of course, playing his guitar. He's a servant and helper by nature and loves to find ways to do just that. Being a daddy is at the core of his heart and is pretty evident by the amount of times he gets ridden like a horse or car, and asked to have tickle, kiss wars.
This is pretty much the most accurate picture to sum up these three. They play hard and work hard, and are really the greatest part of this team, because they love to pray over each package before it heads out. But, when they aren't doing that you can find Elia reading, Eland jumping off something, and Ezri laughing at anything.
